Pre-Primary / Primary Registration
Registration takes place during the month of February. You may register at any time during the month. Please include your child's Birth Certificate or Passport, Health Card and a current utility bill (within two months) as your proof of address. You can go to the online registration through HRCE website https://www.hrce.ca/registration or click the digital pdf version below. Please ensure you select Portland Estates Elementary from the dropdown for your school and change any prefilled information to pertain to your child. If you prefer you may also drop a copy off at the office with all documents included or email to us at portland@hrce.ca
